Mild Coronation Chicken Wrap

This dish was originally made for a queen but has now found it's way into lunchboxes all across the country. This child friendly version is made by combining chicken breast with carrots, spring onions, lettuce and apricots. Then served with our dressing made from Greek yoghurt, mayonnaise, apricots, lime and a dash of curry powder.
