Pulled Jackfruit and Crunchy Slaw

A plant-based alternative made by slowly cooking chunks of jackfruit in a sweet BBQ sauce and then serving along side some crunchy slaw. Served as a filling with a side of cheese biscuits or vegetable crisps. Perfect for those slightly more adventurous eaters.
