Pulled Jackfruit Brioche Burger (v)

A plant-based alternative made by slowly cooking chunks of jackfruit in a sweet BBQ sauce and then serving along side some crunchy slaw and a slice of cheddar cheese in a whole-wheat sandwich. Perfect for those slightly more adventurous eaters. Vegan option available.
