Roasted Red Pepper Pesto

This smoky, sweet pesto is made from roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese, sunflower seeds, garlic and a touch of olive oil. Served as a filling alongside a side of cheese biscuits or vegetable crisps. Vegan option available.
